We listen, act, and go deeper

I became a therapist because I noticed a pattern in my own life: I was good at accomplishing things and terrible at being present. Before therapy, I was a corporate attorney. Then I ran a sandwich shop and catering business. As different as those paths were, both taught me the same lesson: external success and internal peace are two different things. The patterns that help you survive can leave you feeling stuck.
I work with people who are tired of going through the motions. People who want to develop self-awareness and emotional maturity, who are ready to understand the patterns running their lives and shift them for the better.
My approach is direct and collaborative. Together, we focus on what's getting in your way, whether that's a relationship pattern, a family dynamic you inherited, or an inner voice that won't let you rest.
